A Team Owner Tries To Decide Quality Level

Please answer the following questions: 1- A team owner tries to decide quality level. By spending another 12 million the owner expects the team will finish one place higher. Does that mean the owner can raise the teams place in standings by one place for each 12 million spent? Why or Why Not?2. What does a new owner gain when purchasing a franchise from another (value of ownership)? What is the most anybody would pay to have a sports franchise? Did this apply to the recent sale of the Clippers by Donald Sterling? Why or why not?3. Does there appear to be enough revenue to go around to keep all teams in good financial shape in the NBA? Even though simply sharing these revenues would bolster the financial fortunes of smaller-revenue market teams, explain why it is unlikely to happen.
