Non-functional requirements:• Accessible to users 24/7• Employee login requires valid login and password before granting further access. • This system shall keep a record of all failure login attempts with user login, terminal login andtime. • Payroll system performs automatic backups once per batch. • Pay is calculated at the end of each pay period after properly authorized inputs have beenreceived from the Time and Attendance Processing Function• Collect T&amp,A data on a pay period basis, e. g. , daily, weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and/ormonthly basis. • Data storage and interaction is in open format.
